Automotive Workshop Controller. We are a successful independent Car Sales and Service business who have recently expanded the service dept to include a brand new facility. We have always believed in delivering a very professional service to our customers who can rely on us to be honest and straight forward and competitive. WHO WE NEED BEHIND THE WHEEL
As Workshop Controller/ manager, you will be a fundamental member of the Service Department, with responsibility for looking after our excellent team members and allocating work to maximise hours sold on a daily basis in order to fulfil the business’s new potential.
We are looking for well organised individuals who have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage their own time and are able to motivate those around them to continuously improve the business.
To carry out the role of Workshop Controller, advanced technical experience is needed along with the ability to work with computers to maintain our database. A full, clean driving licence, an automotive technical qualification and at least a GCSE standard education (or equivalent) are essential.
